In brief, MERA’s competence in the Core Networks domain spans across 2G/3G mobile voice and packet core network into converged services core network and includes a variety of underlying technologies, telecom platforms and protocol stacks.

  • HLR - design, development, testing (including test automation) and maintenance since 2000,
  • ATCA-based HLR - design, development, testing and maintenance since 2005 (including R&D for co-located compact HLR/MSC solution), ATCA-based small scale collocated GSM core network solution (HLR + MSC) - design, development, testing and maintenance,
  • SGSN design, development, testing and maintenance since 2005,

  • Telecom platform for MGW - design, development, testing  and maintenance since 2005,

  • Live migration of subscriber data from the old other vendor’s HLR onto a new our customer’s HLR,
  • Measurement/profiling of provisioning/signaling capacity for different HLR end-customers – telcos.
