Telecom world’s standard: TL 9000 The TL 9000 standard is the telecom’s unique extension to ISO 9001:2000, adding specific industrial requirements and standardized quality metrics. MERA currently complies to TL 9000 Requirements Rel 4.0 with plans to achieve compliance to the new ISO 9001:2008-based version of requirements (Rel 5.0) in 2010. Best practices for R&D organizations: CMMI for Development Today, CMMI® is definitely one of the most widely recognized models of organizational quality systems for companies involved in software development. The model contains recommendations for all key areas of R&D, Quality Assurance and Management processes. MERA has been using CMMI practices since 2006.
